I was delighted that my three entries in the Midland Region BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photography) annual print competition were all placed, getting first, second and third places!
My mono image above of Ocean, the fantastic black Standard Poodle, won me the accolade of Pet Portrait Photographer of the year (for the second year running, and the fourth time in five years 🙂 ). My image of Sam, Tilly and Mollie scooped a First Merit, whilst my image of young 12 week old Walt, the Dalmatian, gained me a Merit.
I drove home from the awards evening with a big smile on my face.
